Review: Dove Hair Fall Rescue Intensive Hair Tonic

Dove Hair Fall Rescue Damage Solutions (7ml per bottle)
Today review is on Dove Hair Fall Rescue Intensive Hair Tonic.

Overall this hair fall rescue treatment did control my hair from less hair fall, making it more firm and manageable. It is value for money as well. However to a person who take ingredients used very seriously due to sensitive skin or scalp, there maybe some items such as alcohol, perfume and silicone that is sensitive to them.

My Review
Do you get shock yourself when you see lots of hair laying deadly on the floor, comb, toilet and even on your bed
Eww....fallen hair in the bathroom.
Well for me, I have been having hair thinning issue since years ago and have been treating this issue years back. Seeing that Dove is having this hair fall solution, I decided to try it and see if I should be changing my current treatment brand to this instead. The verdict? Well, I will let you know by the end of this post.

To try this product, I specifically stop the current hair thinning treatment product I am using and use this Dove hair fall solution for 2 weeks.

This Dove Hair Fall Rescue Intensive Hair Tonic came in a box of 7 vials, to be used once every 2 days.
Came in a plastic box.
7 vials inside each box.
Each vial came in a plastic white bottle with a flat nozzle at the top of the opening, small and convenient to bring around. I have to break open the flat nozzle in order to use it.
How the vial looked like.
Breaking open the flat nozzle at the top of the opening.
The solution is transparent and has a gel-like texture. Feel sticky to me. It smells like a typical hair treatment smell, not very nice to me.
How the solution looked like.
I was told to use up 1 entire vial for each application. I was shocked!!! Because that was quite a lot to me!!

And I indeed had a hard time finishing up the bottle of solution. The amount is more than enough for my scalp.

Firstly it's because I can't see how much solution is left inside the bottle. I can only repeat the process of pressing the solution from the bottle and apply them on my scalp directly through the nozzle from left to right, top to bottom a little at a time, until I heard a "buzz buzz" sound made from air coming out of the nozzle which means no more solution inside.

Secondly, the solution is quite thick. It stay sticky on my scalp until a good few minutes of massage. I need to spend quite sometime on it.
Cannot see the solution makes it difficult to gauge how much solution is left.
During application, my scalp feels cooling.

After using for 2 weeks, it did control my hair from less hair fall, making it more firm and manageable.

However, I see no improvement in hair growth. Also I realize from some of its ingredients such as alcohol, perfume and silicone maybe disturbing to a person who take ingredients used very seriously due to sensitive skin or scalp.

My verdict? I think I will not change my current hair thinning treatment product to this product.

Will recommend to those who is on budget and those who is not sensitive to ingredients used.
