This week review will be on BRAND'S Essence of Chicken with Tangkwei. This was given to me when I took a taxi with this BRAND'S Essence of Chicken with Tangkwei print ads on the outside of the Taxi back in March 2014. 

Tangkwei (當歸) is a very good chinese herbs for blood restoration and Iron absorption. Drinking it warm, this product tastes sweet but leaves a bitter after taste. An excellent drink for women to restore blood lost and ease discomfort before and after Menstruation.

How to consume BRAND'S Essence of Chicken with Tangkwei?
One bottle daily.
BRAND'S^® Essence of Chicken can be taken straight from the bottle and is prefect at room temperature, chilled or warmed. 

Once opened, the contents should be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours. Take it daily, anytime, anywhere as part of a balanced diet.

My Review
This was given to me when I took a taxi with this BRAND'S Essence of Chicken with Tangkwei print ads on the outside of the Taxi back in March 2014.

BRAND'S Essence of Chicken with Tangkwei comes in pink box.

I warm up the essence of chicken in a glass of hot water before drinking.

Tangkwei (當歸) is a very good chinese herbs for blood restoration and Iron absorption.Its excellent for women to restore blood lost and ease discomfort before and after Menstruation.

Its recommended to consume it before menstruation or after menstruation is over, not recommended during menstruation. 

According to my mum, its no good drinking it during menstruation as we are still in the process of losting iron and blood during menstruation. So its a better time to consume it before menstruation comes or after menstruation is over. :) So that our body can better restore them back.

I am used to drinking essence of chicken warm. so warm it in a cup of hot water. The essence of chicken with Tangkwei taste sweet but it leave a bitter after taste. 

And it do have a strong herbs taste. So if you are not used to chinese herbs, then you will not like the taste. Otherwise its taste ok. I am ok with the essence taste. 

Ops! I was happily drinking the essence and forgot to take how the essence liquid look like. :( Hm, ok. There is still a little left in the bottle. Here.

I have tried and it really did relieve fatigue and ease menstrual stress. No more tiredness and discomfort cause by menstruation. :)

Overall, this is an excellent drink to help restore blood lost and iron lost through menstruation. Its great for relieve of menstruation discomfort as well. A convenient drink for women who do not know how cook chinese herbs.
