This week review is on Take 5ive Energy Drink. Can't really remember how this drink come about. Should be in one of the goodies bag. 

Overall, this energy drink did kept me awake and alert for the whole morning, until at least after lunch time. Its definitely an effective and better choice as its zero sugar, zero calories and zero carbs.

How to consume Take 5ive Energy Drink?
Shake well before use. 

For normal energy take half a bottle. For maximum energy, take one full bottle. For best effect, take up to 2 full bottles a day, consumed several hours apart. Discard any remainder after 3 days. No refrigeration required.

Can't really remember how this drink come about. Should be in one of the goodies bag. 

The drink comes in a small rounded bottle, nicely wrapped and sealed.

One thing I always have difficult is opening the bottle cap. But this bottle can really be easily open without using much energy. :)

I just need to lift up the seal saying "easy open" and gently pull, and the seal is opened. Just so easy.

I have tried the Take 5ive Energy Brain Power Drink, citrus flavour. The drink just taste like those acid fruit drink but without gas. Its sweet when its first enter my mouth but produces a bitter after taste.

I must say, this drink really works. I am not a morning person, so I usually feel sleepy and difficult to focus early in the morning. But after drinking this energy drink after my breakfast, its able to keep me awake and focus at least until after lunch. :)

But one thing that make me really caution is the caffeine content. Although it is effective, but I would say do not relay on it. Natural form of energy is still better than relaying of these drinks for energy. :)
