It's easy to apply. Just massage the balm onto your clean cracked area.
The effect is pretty fast for my brother. He can already seen improvement the next day after his application.
In 2 weeks time, his cracked heels already heal but still dry. Therefore, continuous application is still needed until the dryness improved.
