Today review is on Sulwhasoo Evenfair Perfecting Cushion. This is a sample redeemed from Sulwhasoo beauty counter.

The overall result is only average to me. Because its Sulwhasoo, so I actually have higher expectation on what this perfecting cushion can give. But to my disappointment, the result is only average. Although it does have whitening effect and smooth my skin after applying, its not performing well in terms of coverage, lasting effect and oil control. :(

Apply more on areas with flaws for flawless skin expression. 

My Review
This is a sample redeemed from Sulwhasoo beauty counter.

The sample version came in a nice package. The one that I tried is No.23: medium beige.

This is only the sample version of the cushion foundation, so I cannot comment on the actual puff given.  

But I must really say, Sulwhasoo did put in effort to make the sample size version of this product for its customer to try. The sample version is really so nicely done.

Taking off the puff, you can see that there is a plastic, covering the actual Perfecting Cushion Foundation.

The cushion looks like a sponge

When you press the puff against the cushion (which feel like a sponge), liquid foundation is nicely spread on the puff.

After applying, my skin looks evenly smooth and whitening. Its is better then those normal liquid foundation. The finishing looks like a powder foundation, no usual mess that liquid foundation have, which really change my fear of using liquid foundation.

However, its not able to cover some of the scars or blemish, especially eye area. I will still need to use a concealer and BB / CC cream before applying this cushion foundation. :(

I notice that I really need to be careful spreading the foundation. If not spread properly, it will leave my face with patches of unevenly spread foundation. :(

I also notice that the cushion foundation do not really help in oil control. Not sure if its got to do with my oily T-Zone, after a few hours of wearing it, my face started to have more excess oil forming as compare to my usual foundation applied. :( 

Another disappointment, because of the oil control problem, I do feel that the foundation does not really last long. :(

Today review is on Kinohimitsu Collagen Diamond 5300 Drink and Collagen Nite Drink.

Overall both Collagen Diamond Drink and Collagen Nite Drink produces excellent results. I definitely recommend these drinks.  

After drinking Collagen Diamond Drink for 1 month, I can see and feel that my skin is more hydrated, less dull and it does brighten up my skin too. This makes my skin less tired looking and more healthy. Also my make up is able to last longer on my skin and skin is able to absorb daily skin care products that I apply better.

After drinking Collagen Nite Drink for 1 month by my brother, it improved his sleeping condition. He is able to fall asleep faster and he experience less sleepless nite. Also according to him, he do see that his pores are more refined.

My Review
Both drinks came in a box of 16 bottles. Nicely packed.

Lets not be too long winded. We shall go straight into the review, shall we? Lets start with Kinohimitsu Collagen Diamond 5300 Drink.

This collagen diamond drink is brown in color. This liquid collagen drink is not thick at all.

50ml per bottle.

Brown thin liquid.

One of the best thing I like most about this drink is that it do not have any fishy smell at all. It does smell like plum fruit juice drink to me. 

As per instruction, I drink it chilled and I drink it just before bedtime. 

The second thing I like, no fishy taste. It made my life so much better. It means I just have to open and drink it just like that. No need any mixing with other drinks. :)

The collagen diamond taste sweet with a bit of sour in it. It does taste like some concentrated apple juice to me. Very tasty indeed. :) 

If there is really one bad thing you want me to tell you, it has to be the cap. Maybe its me only. But I really find it hard to open the bottle cap, especially after taking out of the refrigerator. I have to clean it then use extra strength to open it. often, my hands are left red. :(

So how was it? what did I observed? 

After drinking for 6 days, not much of a big different. But I can see that my dark eye circles are lighten a bit.

The effect is pretty good. After around 14 days, my skin feels better in terms of hydration. I can also observed that my skin is less dull and tired looking. It is able to maintain its brightness through out the day. After work, my skin still looks hydrated and bright.

So what happened after I finish 1 whole box? While, its able to maintain the hydration, brighter and less dull looking effect as I observed before. I also notice that my skin is smoother. 

Not knowing if its drinking this collagen diamond drink, I also feel that my better skin conditions made my makeup last longer. My skin able to absorb daily skin care products better.

This collagen nite drink is brown in color. Because of manuka honey, this drink had a much thicker texture.

Same as collagen diamond, collagen nite has no fishy smell or taste. 

Collagen Nite drink was given to my brother to drink.

He can smell mango and pineapple fruit. And it taste sweet and a bit sour with light pineapple fruit taste. It is tasty but as my brother do not like pineapple, if can, he really wish to remove the pineapple taste of this drink. :) Hmm, maybe women will like the pineapple taste better. :)

As per instruction, he drink it chilled and before bedtime. I told him to do some observation and tell me what he observed. 

Before giving him, I did not really tell him the details of the effect of this drink. I just tell him that this drink helps him sleep. 

So what did he really observed himself after he drink it?

Well, there is really no cheating here. Without me telling him, he is able to observe 2 things:

1. Before starting to drink collagen nite, it usually takes an estimated of 20 minutes to 1 hour to fall asleep. (1 hour is only sometimes, not often happen) But after drinking collagen nite drink for just 3 days, he is often able to fall asleep faster, around 15 minutes.
   
   
2. Before starting to drink collagen nite,he is not able to go into deep sleep. If he happened to wake up in the middle of the night, it is hard to go back to sleep. But after drinking collagen nite, he has make friend with deep sleep. :) He is able to sleep till the morning without waking up in the middle of the night. Even if he did wake up in the middle of the night, he is able to go back to sleep easily. 

Besides that, he do feel that his pores are refined too. 

Summary
Overall both Collagen Diamond Drink and Collagen Nite Drink produces excellent results. I definitely recommend these drinks.

Today review is on NIVEA Body Intensive Moisture Serum SPF 25 PA++. Thanks to SampleStore.com. 

Overall, this is a convenient and nice body serum to use. Its light weight and non-sticky. Also is easily absorbed by my skin. After using my skin stays soft, smooth and moisturize. It contain SPF 25 ++ too. This means that I do not need to separately apply sun protection lotion. Very convenient, I am able to achieve moisturizing and sun protection effect together. And the effect is pretty long lasting I must say. :)

NIVEA Body Intensive Moisture Serum SPF 25 PA++ Summary
This is the first body serum that repairs 10 sign of extra accumulated dry and damaged skin within 24 hours as well as shields our skin from the sun.

How to use NIVEA Body Intensive Moisture Serum SPF 25 PA++?
Apply a generous amount to affected areas of your body.

The serum contain SPF 25 PA++, therefore I do not recommend using at night.

Ingredients.

My Review
The body serum comes in a 200ml tube.

The serum is white in color and have a creamy texture. It also produces a light fragrance smell.

After applying, the serum do not feel sticky or oily and it is also pretty light weight. My skin can also easily absorb the serum. :)

My skin also stays soft, smooth and moisturize and the effect lasted pretty long too. :)

One thing I like is that it contain SPF 25 PA++. That means I do no need to apply separate sun protection lotion. Very convenient 2 in 1 lotion. :) 

And one more thing, it is not expensive. The serum only cost S$8.90 for 200ml tube. :)  

After application.

But as to really repairing and restore dry and damage skin, will only need more time to find out. As for me, 24hours after applying to dry and damage skin area did not really make a different to me. But it really did make my other skin area stays moisturize and smooth.
