Bag is an essential item everyone need to use for holding other essential things whenever we travel outside. 

For me, I love my bag simple, compact and easy to match. Cross body bag is my number one choice because it is safer to travel with my belonging cross over my body in front of me. 

Recently, I received a Gaston Luga Spläsh Crossbody Bag. This bag is design for daily use for work and travel. It is just the right size for days where you want to travel light with just the essentials.

The bag came with "a hook and 3 holes" where I can adjust how tight I want to close my bag. I love it that the closing is adjustable so that I can still close my bag properly if I put in more things.

What I love most about the bags are the small small pockets available for me to separately put smaller items. 

There is one with zip at the front.

The bag is just nice for me to carry my essential items around. Also, the bag is waterproof.

Good for everyday use.

But if you have long and big wallet, then you might want to change to a shorter and smaller one. Also normal umbrella cannot fit in. Will need to buy smaller size one too if it is an essential item to place in the bag. 😁

I really love how simple and compact this bag is. It makes my traveling light and comfortable.

The bag is really stylish and it is easy to match any of my clothes. The color I chose (Taupe) makes it even more easy to match any color of my clothes. They have many other colors for you to choose too.

How to use Serum Glow Filter?

Use 1-2 pumps before makeup as primer. 

This should be used in the morning as the last step in your skincare routine, and the first step in your makeup routine.

My Review

For me, I am always lazy to put on full makeup. I like my skin well prepared in the shortest amount of time.

Therefore, I am really excited to try Skin Inc Serum Glow Filter because it says to give me a selfie filter look.That means less powder and less concealer needed to me. So I am definitely very excited to try them. 

The Serum Filter came in a nice transparent bottle.

It takes quite sometime to pump the serum out of the bottle during the first pump. But subsequent pump is ok.

The Serum Filter has a gel like texture with small beats. It is non oily and contain no smell.

It is very easy to apply and skin absorb the serum fast. 

The serum does help to hydrate the skin. This really helps to prepare my skin for makeup application. 

However, other than that, I see no other filter effect such as less pore, skin brightening. If you have very good skin, this product will be perfect for a good finished with less powder and concealer used after application. 

But if you have problematic skin like me, it is not helping in term of less visibility for dull, uneven and pimple scar skin. Concealer is still much needed to cover them before I can have a selfie filter look.

But I can't really see the different with or without.

Therefore, for me, I don't really see the need to use them since I have to use the same amount of time and effort with or without using them. Personally budget wise, I don't really recommend. But if you are having great skin with the budget, then go ahead to experience this different type of primer.

My Review

For person like me, I often tell people that I don't like perfume. But actually, it's not that I don't like perfume. It's because commercial perfume out there is difficult to please my nose. That is why I choose not to like and wear them. 

Therefore, customized DIY perfume is a popular and definite choice for people like me. 

Recently, I was so excited to drop by Scentopia together with my brother to DIY my own customized orchid infused perfume. 

This is not my first time doing DIY perfume but definitely my first for orchid infused perfume. I am still so excited. 

The location is easy to locate.The outdoor feel so resort to me, beautifully decorated and relax.

Once I step into Scentopia, my first impression, smells so good and look so colorful.

I was greeted by friendly Scentopia Staff. My first task before I start customizing my perfume is to complete my perfume personality test.

There are 10 questions to answer. The final calculated number will be used as a reference for me to choose my scent.

Second task, I was brought to a whole row with a collection of 200 scent oil. They divide the scent between male section (stronger scent) and female section (lighter and more female scent). I was free to choose from both section. Each section is divided into 5 different Scent (Citrus, Fresh, Floral, Woody and Oriental).

There was really a lot to smell. I was told to choose 10 scents with reference using the final calculated personality test.

This choosing process really took the longest amount of time as compare to other task. I was pretty surprise that I actually like the woody scent from the male section more than the female section. Of all the scent, oriental scent proof to be the scent least of my liking as they are too strong.

My third task is to mix the 10 scents that I chosen for scent test. I was given 2 small cup to mix. Then sample smell my creation. If I don't like my creation, the staff here will help amend my scent, remix and smell again until I am satisfy. For me, I am very satisfied with my first mix.

My Fourth task is to hand my 10 chosen scents to the Scentopia staff and they will mix my perfume into a beautiful Scentopia perfume bottle. The one I have here is 100ml. My bottle is engraved with my name too.

I really had fun during the whole process. I especially like the part where I get to smell and choose the various scent. Although there are a lot to smell, but it really is the most interesting part. I get to know lots of scent through the process. Check out my adventure from my video below. 

I love my final product. The smell is from citrus to floral to woody. Very uniquely me. The bottle and bag with my name engraved on it look so pretty too.

Overall, this is a nice place to spend your afternoon with your favourite company for a unique DIY adventure.
