Any banana cake lovers here?
Delicious banana cake is hard to find. Especially commercial once which contain some artificial essence taste or some kind of gas taste. Therefore, homemade once is always the best.
Recently, I tried some delicious handcraft banana cakes from Uspecially.

Original Banana Cake
The original banana cake that I have came covered with beautiful fondants.

However, I am not a person with sweet tooth. So I prefer my banana cake just as it is.

The cake is soft and bouncy. I like it that it is not so sweet and contain a very nice banana fragrance taste that is not so overwhelming.

Walnut Banana Cake

I like it that I am able to taste the crunchiness of the walnut with every bite of my banana cake.

Cranberry Banana Cake
I love cranberry. So I am pretty excited to taste this flavour of my banana cake.

Cranberry pairs well with banana cake too. I am able to taste the sweet and sour taste of the cranberry with banana fragrance taste.

However, It will be great if the cranberry can be found inside the banana cake rather than just on the top. So that I can taste cranberry with the banana cake with every bite.
Chocolate Banana Cake
Chocolate is not my favorite cake flavour. But the chocolate banana cake I received taste just nice.

It is not too sweet or overwhelm with chocolate taste. It is also good that there is no bitter taste from the chocolate.
I am still able to taste the banana fragrance with just a small hint of chocolate.

Of all the flavours I have, I love the walnut banana cake most because I am able to taste some crunchiness on my cake.
Overall, the banana cake from Uspecially is not too sweet and filled with delicious banana fragrance taste. Best of all, they are homemade and contain no artificial ingredients.
