Review: Nivea Men Multi-Effect 8 Oil Control Cooling Volcanic Mud Foam

Nivea Men Multi-Effect 8 Oil Control Cooling Volcanic Mud Foam (15g)
This week review is on Nivea Men Multi-Effect 8 Oil Control Cooling Volcanic Mud Foam. This is a sample redeem from Nivea SG Facebook page sometime back in 2013.

I have given this mud form to my brother to use. After he used he felt that using the wrong amount of this mud form, the face will still feel oily. So he felt that you will have to be very generous and precise with the amount you use for this form in order to effectively have a clean and oil free face. With this troublesome and not cost-effective reason, he will not continue to use this Nivea Volcanic Mud form.

My Review
This is a sample redeem from Nivea SG Facebook page sometime back in 2013.

This Nivea volcanic mud form is Grey or silver in color and have a muddy and non-soapy texture.
How the Nivea Volcanic Mud Form looks like.
This is a men's product. Therefore I have given this mud form to my brother to use. The below is also what he felt after using it.

When wash, he felt that his face is oily. And after wash, he still felt that his face is oily and not deeply clean. :(

It really took him much effort to try different amount of this form to use in order to get the right amount to have an effectively clean and oil free face.

After he gets the amount right (according to him, he need to use a lot), he do felt that his skin is smooth, clean and oil free. And the next day he wake up, the face remain oil -free.

However, he felt the process very cumbersome and the great amount he need to use each time means that he will use up this form very fast.

Apart from smooth, clean and oil free, the form did not improve his skin at all. The promises that this product stated is not fulfilled. :(

Forehead before used.
Forehead after used.
Over all, he felt that using the wrong amount of this mud form, the face will still feel oily. So he felt that you will have to be very generous and precise with the amount you use for this form in order to effectively have a clean and oil free face. With these troublesome, no improvement and not cost-effective reasons, he personally feel that will not continue to use this Nivea Volcanic Mud form.
