Supplements play an important role in keeping us healthy for modern and busy people. Finding trusted and effective supplement is not an easy job.
Few years back, my yearly health screening shows my cholesterol level at the borderline. Meaning, if I don't start to take care of it, my cholesterol level will continue to climb up and that will cause serious problem to my health.
First action I do is to add more exercise session to my weekly routine and also change my diet to eat less fried and oily food, eat less food that is high in cholesterol and eat more fruits and vegetables.
