My Review

Supplements play an important role in keeping us healthy for modern and busy people. Finding trusted and effective supplement is not an easy job. 

Few years back, my yearly health screening shows my cholesterol level at the borderline. Meaning, if I don't start to take care of it, my cholesterol level will continue to climb up and that will cause serious problem to my health. 

First action I do is to add more exercise session to my weekly routine and also change my diet to eat less fried and oily food, eat less food that is high in cholesterol and eat more fruits and vegetables. 

Then I saw good reviews for Eu Yan Sang CholesFREE PLUS with Natto supplement. Seeing that it's from a trusted brand and I do not have other medication or health issue, I decided to try it out. 

This CholesFREE supplement came packed in a box.

I followed the instructions to take1-2 capsules twice daily after meal for the first few months and also the month before health screening. Thereafter, I consume for maintenance, 2 capsules a day after meal. 

I consume them for quite a few years now followed with exercise and diet control. My recent health screening shows my cholesterol level is now at the healthy level.

Recently, I received Taengstick Tart Cherry Collagen Harmony Jelly from 0.8l Singapore.

They are individually pack and easy to tear open. Very convenient to bring around.

The tart cherry jelly stick has a sour cherry taste. Those who love sour food will surely love this jelly. It has a chewy texture too.

A good immune system keeps us in good condition in health and also in our everyday activities. 

Recently I received a pack of Ensoom Premium Immune Formula thanks to 0.8L.

1 box consist of 10 packs of ensoom and each pack is 10g. Yes, it comes with individual pack which is easy to be placed into our bag and bring around with us.

For me I just open the pack and drink it straight from the pack.

It looks dark chocolate or black in color with a liquid texture. If you have seen Chinese sensei, then you will be familiar with the taste and smell of this product. It smell and taste like Chinese liquid medicine.😦😵 It taste sweet at first (from honey and royal jelly) then turn a little bitter towards the end. The bitter comes from the red ginseng in the product.

So far, it keeps me less fatigue which helps me concentrate more during my work. Not sure about antioxidant and immunity thought. Maybe will need longer consumption to see other results.

My Review

Do you have elderly at home that always told you that they have knee pain or discomfort? But they have constantly been having glucosamine tablets and yet still feel discomfort? 

Well, my mum is one of them. And lately, TV advertisement kept showing this Caltrate Joint Health UC-II Collagen. And my mum heard from others that the result is quite good. So I bought it for her to consume. 

The supplement came in normal supplement bottle.

And good to note that the tablet itself is quite small as compare to normal glucosamine tablets. You can see from the picture above, smaller than my finger tip. So it is easier to swallow.

My my was telling me she can already feel her knee joint discomfort reduced just after having around 3 tablets. She is still consuming now and result is good.

But to the person who help her buy, I am having quite a headache as it's been out of stock in stores and online. And when they do have stock, there is no promotion. 😅

Overall, this is quite a good supplement for the joint according to the result from my mum.

This is not the first time I try Kinohimitsu product. But their stem cell drink is the first time for me. 

This time round, their stem cell drink is in light blue package.

Ok, this is the first time I do not quite like the taste of Kinohimitus drink. Not sure why but it taste very herbal to me. Can't really make do the taste but it is somewhere sweet with a hint of mint. Very funny combination of taste all mix together that do not really blend. 😕

I have by now finished the whole box of stem cell drink. However, sad to say, I did not see any major improvement. Small maintenance maybe. My skin is less oily, in turn reduce blemish grow.

Sad to say, this stem cell drink is not suitable for me as I have tried better stem cell drink. But this does not keep me from trying other Kinohimitsu products. Like I always say, effect varies with individual, maybe it works for you?? You never know until you try them. 😉

I have tried Laneige skin care products. But collagen drink, this is the first time.

It is in watery texture. Not thick at all. It actually taste a little sour to me and I can still taste the fishy taste. Therefore, taste not really to my liking.

I actually have 6 bottles of them. But I am not able to comment still on the effect after consuming all of them as I still see nothing yet. Maybe it needs longer time + more bottles of consumption? 

For me, I won't consider this collagen drink as I have consumed better once. For you to judge. :)

Woohoo....another Kinohimitsu product I started drinking, Collagen BG Diamond.

It came with the usual collagen box.

The collagen has a watery texture and is dark brown in color. But it does not smell good to me. I smell some kind of a herb smell.

Although it don't smell good, it taste ok to me. When drink uncold, it taste more sour. Just like drinking sour caramel. It taste better when cold, less sour. 

Well, I was having serious outbreak while consuming half a box of BG Diamond due to stress at work. But I am pretty amazed how fast my acne outbreak and scars recovered in just 1 week. And the little acne scars still left on my face is on its way to fully vanished. Definitely faster in recovery before I consume it.
