Last Saturday, I attended a very fruitful DIY Collagen Lip Balm Workshop conducted by Kinohimitsu at their Century Square Outlet for their Collagen Day 2019. 

I always have crack lips. So I use lip balm everyday. Knowing that Kinohimitsu actually have this workshop to teach their customer to DIY a lip balm with their Kinohimitsu Collagen Diamond drink, really make me excited. 

I am their Collagen Diamond drink frequent drinker. Collagen drink is a must have in my beauty list for keeping my skin supple. But I only know it can be mix into mocktail or simply just drink like that. I never know it can be use to make a lip balm until this workshop. 

It's great to know that it's a hands-on workshop. All the ingredients and tools are prepared. I just need to follow their instructions. 

I always thought that DIY a lip balm is difficult. But after this workshop, I realize that it is actually quite easy. 

Come...let me show you what I do that day. 

Before you start, get all the ingredients and tools ready. 

These are all that you need to DIY your lip balm.

Now first thing to do, melt the beewax and shea butter. 

Melt beewax and shea butter.

Once melted, add in almond oil (you can use other oil if you have no almond oil), mica powder (for color) and most important, a few drops of Kinohimitsu Collagen Diamond drink.

Add in the rest of the ingredients.

Then off the fire and add in essential oil of your choice. 

Ready to transfer to container.

Lastly, transfer them into empty lip balm container when it is still in liquid state. 

Transfer to container.

Using plastic pipette to do the transfer.

Done. Let it cool to solid state.

Tada!!!! My DIY Collagen Lip balm is done after cooling. It cool quite fast.

Having fair and natural glowing skin is in every lady's wish list. It's even so for me as my skin is naturally a shade darker.

I have been trying out Bonamy Whitening Cream Premium for the pass weeks. After application, it gave an instant whitening and brightening effect to my skin. It feels smoother and more hydrated. Work just like a makeup base.

How to use Bonamy Whitening Cream Premium
Take an appropriate amount of the product, apply to face by gently massaging until absorbed.

This product can be use for body as well.

My Review
Looking for brightening / whitening products? 

Another Korean product I tried for the pass weeks.It's Bonamy Whitening Cream Premium. 

This cream came in a 200ml tube with a easy to open cap.

And don't be so blur like me. Remember to open the cap and remove the silver sticker sealing the hole.

It has a white creamy texture. No much fragrance smell to me.

Although it has a creamy texture, something different I notice from other cream. As I massage the cream into my skin, water droplet is form and then slowly absorbed into my skin as I continue to massage.

After application, it gave an instant whitening and brightening effect to my skin. It feels cooling, smoother and more hydrated. Work just like a makeup base.

It is also stated that this cream comes with sun block effect. However, the SPF level is not stated. So my personal advice is to still continue to apply your own sun block for better protection against harmful rays.

Overall, it gave an instant whitening and brightening effect. It is waterproof too.

Eh.....don't really know where to buy it. Found it selling from Qoo10 Website. Retail price stated as S$80 from Qoo10 Website.

This is the first time I am using Be Plain Cicaful Ampoule. Actually I never really understand the different in ampoule, essence and serum. And I still don't now. But one thing, it does have its benefit and purpose.

Be Plain Cicaful Ampoule is very light weight, no smell and has a concentrated watery texture. Check out my experience below.

My Review
This is the first time I came across Be Plain Cicaful Ampoule. Very curious and excited to try it out. 

The ampoule came in a very elegant glass bottle.

I like it that a dispenser is used to extract the ampoule out. Easy to use.

And it is very thoughtful for Be Plain to include a planner that comes with guides and checklist for user to effectively use their product. The guides are really good but I must say, some are really hard to achieve due to our habits.

The ampoule is very light weight, no smell and has a concentrated watery texture.

I have been using it for a week now. I actually stop all my other essence and serum and only use this ampoule after my toner followed by my moisturizer.

It is easily absorbed by my skin and skin feels refreshing after used. Besides reducing the redness and irritation around my noise area, it also helps to reduce the dryness around my cheek area. 

After using for almost 2 weeks, I did notice my skin became slightly smoother and slightly less dull. Although not dramatically improve a lot, I am already happy with the slight improvement.

I am really impressed with the result. It does overall, show slight improvement to my very troublesome skin condition.

When you heard of the brand Fancl, the first thing you think of is their well known no preservative and no harmful additives used in all of their products. 

During the last weekend of March, I am privilege to attend Fancl Beauty Class Workshop held at Suntec Rewards Lounge.

This is the first time I enter the reward lounge. Never knew it exist until this workshop. 

There are 2 parts to this workshop. First is getting to know Fancl and it's products better and then understanding the impact preservatives have on our skin.

March is a busy week for me. Many events to attend. Right towards the 2nd last Saturday week of March (23rd March), I attended the Estee Lauder Power Of Night Pop Up with my blog buddy at Visual Art Center.
