My Review

Recently I received EBENE Bio-Ray Foot Massage Socks and Bio-Ray Extra Strength Knee Guard.

Just nice I gave it to my dear mum to try it out as she often have leg cramp and knee pain and knee tired issue. 

Both products came free size and came packed in a zip lock plastic.

For the massage socks. It feels comfortable to wear. My mum wears it everyday to sleep. It indeed help to reduce her leg cramp and numbness. It helps to keep her feet warm during sleep. This in-turn helps to improve her sleep quality.

For the Knee Guard, the adjustable velcro straps makes it easy to wear and adjust the knee guard to fit my mum's knee well.

The heat therapy really works strong. It took around 30mins for my mum to feel the heat. And after around 1 hour, the heat is too strong for her and she needs to remove it. Heat can still be felt for as long as an hour after removing it. 

Easy to wear.

The knee feels comfortable and it did helps to reduce her knee pain and tired knee.

Overall, both products works well to relieve leg cramp and knee pain but need to be careful to remove the knee guard when it gets too hot to prevent burn.
